Job Description:

SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Analyst will support our digital marketing team and will be responsible for tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance and communicating with key executives and stakeholders. The Digital Marketing Analyst must work well within a team and be able to account for the competitive environment and internal and external business interests, as well as make data-based recommendations to key leadership. The Digital Marketing Analyst should have strong technical and data management skills and be able to present actionable insights to support key digital marketing goals and strategies.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with digital marketing team to launch digital campaigns, analyze KPIs and identify opportunities to continually increase overall performance.
  • Collect, prepare and present key data findings that include actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design and develop dashboards, data visualization models and campaign performance reports across web, social, email, print, and broadcast media.
  • Collaborate with developers and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications / upgrades, and participate in developing policies for overall data governance.
  • Oversee the accuracy, development and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual descriptive analytics and executive summary reports.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Manage and maintain campaign, response and program codes library

Experience and Skills:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.

·       4+ Years proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst.

·       Prior experience with Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools.

·       Proficiency with tools like Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

·       Strong skills with online analytics and reporting platforms such as Google, Facebook, Hootsuite, Social Studio, and other marketing and video monetization platforms.

·       Knowledge of A/B, split testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize.

·       Experience with workflow and data visualization tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Tableau.

·       Experience in manipulation of data and report formatting for executive and stakeholder review.

·       Technical expertise with data models, data mining and segmentation techniques.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Adept at pivot tables, queries, report writing and presenting findings.

·       Sound, Biblical Christian faith.
