Job Description:



This position is primarily responsible for handling inbound and outbound prayer calls, thus,
providing a spiritual support system for the enrichment of our Partner’s relationships with
Inspiration Ministries. The position entails other duties as follows: (1) the submission of updates
and changes to the Partner’s personal data when applicable (2) the necessity to work with other
Departments in the Ministry on an as needed basis (3) the processing of incoming mail and email,
as instructed by Management. Daily workflow may also include ministering face to face to
walk-in traffic generated, as visitors enter the Prayer Center and request prayer.


  • Reports to and receives assignments from the Prayer Center Supervisor.



Experience and Skills:


? To be the voice of David Cerullo on the phone lines of Inspiration Ministries, responding to

Partners and Callers, within the Statement of Faith parameters, set forth by Inspiration


? Contact new and current Partners on a daily basis in direct response to Partner activity and

database generated lists.

? Conduct calls to Partners and other Supporters using a pre-determined script, written to

present to the Caller the express viewpoints of David Cerullo.

? Pray for, disciple, and minister encouragement to Partners as it relates to their stated needs

? Update Partner records and other personal data captured through the inbound and outbound

prayer ministry.

? Utilize efficiently, all systems and system tools available to complete their duties; within policy


? Successfully complete all training classes/sessions as mandated by management.

? Work closely with the Manager of the Prayer Ministry to promote departmental unity for the

effective administration of all Prayer Center Activities.

? Prays for Inspiration Ministries, leadership, and all staff prayer requests.

? Meets with on-site visitors and Partners that request prayer.

? Communicate directly with the Manager of the Prayer Ministry all issues needing attention;

according to the escalation policy of the Prayer Center.

? Assist Partner Services Representatives, as needed in the resolution of Partner concern and


? Familiar with and active in major Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and


? Comfortable with learning new digital communication software such as Salesforce-Social

Studio or similar system

? Able to communicate and minister to individuals through online dialogue such as

Facebook Messenger, Facebook Comment Strings and Online Chat



? Preferred…7 to 10 years of demonstrated practical ministry experience in position directly

involved with a direct response oriented ministry and local church environment.

? Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, coupled with effective phone


? Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment

? Ability to communicate with people of multi-cultural and theological backgrounds, and work

with minimum direct supervision

? Possess the ability to lead individuals to a relationship with Christ and disciple them

? Must be a team player and exhibit the ability to work in a team environment that crosses over

organizational boundaries, multi-cultural and theological backgrounds



? Preferred…graduate of a two-year Bible college with a concentration in pastoral care,

discipleship and evangelism.

? Minimum…high school and some Biblical training in the area of discipleship, evangelism, and

pastoral care. References required from local church leadership.



? Preferred…Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

? Proficient in keyboard navigation with a typing speed 35 wpm

? Strong proficiency in Internet navigation

? Ability to access and update Partner records being maintained in the Partner database

? Minimum…Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, and able to access and

update Partner records being maintained in the Partner database
